BuilderGuru was founded on the Chesapeake in 1985 with a single purpose: build well, build truthfully, and build to last.

Four decades later, the practice remains owner-operated. Our project leads are the same hands that walk the site, sign the change orders, and answer the phone at six in the morning when something needs to be made right.

We do not chase scale. We choose work where the brief is exacting, the program is meaningful, and the result is worth standing in front of — for the owner, for the neighborhood, and for the decades the building will serve.
